Investment Management
A portfolio that reflects your needs
noun:
Investment management (or financial management) is the professional asset management of various securities (shares, bonds, and other securities) and other assets (e.g., real estate) in order to meet specified investment goals for the benefit of the investors.
This is what most people think what financial planning is. The buying and selling of different types of securities with the idea of making a profit over time. While investment management is an important piece of financial planning, it is one cog in the wheel of a properly structured and executed plan.
We are not stock jockeys. Long gone are the days of traders picking up two or three telephones, taking client orders to buy and sell while marking up the price.
In today's complex financial environment there are more choices than ever. This creates opportunities but also confusion as one must have both the time and the aptitude to wade through these choices and put together a portfolio that accurately reflects their needs and goals.
We at Allegiant Wealth Management take care of this for you. We may utilize many different account types and securities to do this including:
-
Stocks
-
Bonds
-
ETF's
-
Mutual Funds
-
Closed End Funds
-
Options
-
and more...
It is not until we identify your own goals and risk tolerance that a proper portfolio allocation can be arrived upon.
